Day 5: 5-Day Cleanse

Overall, I felt the best today. My body felt like it’s adjusted to the cleanse. I wasn’t flushing toxins out of my body all day. It was as if my body has come to terms with what I was doing.

However, my brain – not so much. I have been thinking about food all day. I already have a plan on what I will make for dinner tomorrow. I have bacon ready to go for the morning. My mind cannot stop thinking about biting into real food.

8:13 a.m. Digest & Cleanse with 8 oz water
9:54 a.m. Ningxia Red
10:10 a.m. 2 scoops Balance Complete with 8 oz water
11 a.m. 1 apple
11:57 a.m. Digest & Cleanse with 8 oz water
1 p.m. 2oz Ningxia Red
2:20 p.m. 1 scoop Balance Complete, 1 scoop Pure Protein Chocolate Powder with 8 oz water
4 p.m. 1 cup yogurt
5:40 p.m. Digest & Cleanse with 8 oz water
6:15 p.m. Ningxia Red
8:55 p.m. 1 scoop Balance Complete, 1 scoop Pure Protein Chocolate Powder with 8 oz water
9:00 p.m. 1 cup Miso soup

This isn’t a joke: I’m waiting until midnight to eat something. I bought sushi from Whole Foods and I’m counting down until midnight.

I’m so glad I did this cleanse. I feel very good. And I definitely need to think about adjustments I want to make as I head back into “regular life”.
