When I went to bed last night around 11:30 p.m. I could NOT get warm. I was literally shivering under the covers. I had sweatpants on with a sweatshirt and socks, under a down comforter with a heater going in the room. I was so cold, Kevin got my an extra blanket. I asked my friend if it was normal for your body temperature to drop during a cleanse, and she said “totally normal”. Who knew?! I had NEVER heard that before, but it makes sense. The first part is from last night. I’m not sure if that 2 ounce Ningxia Red shot at 10 o’clock at night was the best idea. It’s now 11:24 p.m. And I’m just walking up the stairs to bed. I did get some photo projects started but I really need the sleep more. I really want to build a tiny house. I’m only slightly hungry as I lay down. It’s still night time. So I tried hard to document my thoughts in my “notes” section of my iPhone to give y’all a real time experience of day 2 of my 5-day cleanse journey. I started last night and carried on into today. I’m headed to bed (10:50p.m.) and I’m getting a dull headache. My stomach wants to eat itself. I just heard a huge noise come from my stomach. It sounded like a beast. I need to go to sleep.
