Overall, I felt the best today. My body felt like it’s adjusted to the cleanse. I wasn’t flushing toxins out of my body all day. It was as if my body has come to terms with what I was doing. However, my brain – not so much. I have been thinking about food all day. I already have a plan on what I will make for dinner tomorrow. I have bacon ready to go for the morning. *Please note today was a really hard day emotionally, so bare that in mind as you read this 5-day cleanse journal entry 1. Today, I started my 5 day cleanse and I was hungry all day long! I thought about food all day. And of course Carsen wanted to play kitchen cook. He made me strawberry cake, banana cake, coconut cake, hamburgers and hot chocolate. The Night Before: 5-Day Cleanse

I start my five day Cleanse tomorrow, and I must say I’m a bit nervous. I’ve heard people can get grumpy, gassy and just all together not fun when they cleanse. I’m also excited! I will do this for five days and then start a 10 day boot camp on the 21st! A large goal of mine is to get healthy physically during 2016.
