I start my five day Cleanse tomorrow, and I must say I’m a bit nervous.
I’ve heard people can get grumpy, gassy and just all together not fun when they cleanse.
I’m also excited! I will do this for five days and then start a 10 day boot camp on the 21st!
A large goal of mine is to get healthy physically during 2016.
Thankfully, I have a friend with a similar goal so we plan to do this together.
My hope is to journal how I feel during this five day cleanse.
I am going with Young Living’s 5 Day Cleanse for a few reasons:
1. I trust the oils and oil supplements of YL and want to be able to recommend this cleanse knowing I’ve done it myself.
2. It’s easy
